Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear declaration of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the sample withdrawal form set out below, although this is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal electronically using the "Withdraw from contract" function provided on this website. Receipt is confirmed immediately: you receive a confirmation with a reference number, the time of receipt (Europe/Berlin time zone) and the wording of your declaration as a PDF file to save. No automatic email is currently sent.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we received notice of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement, we will generally use the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you may be liable to pay a reasonable amount for the services already performed up to the point of withdrawal, insofar as the statutory requirements are met.

Early expiry for services

In the case of a paid contract for services, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided you expressly agreed, before performance began, that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expired, and you confirmed your awareness that your right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract.

Early expiry for digital content

In the case of paid digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once performance of the contract has begun, if you expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period expired, you confirmed your awareness that this would result in the loss of your right of withdrawal, and you were provided with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
